  • I moved from Cali to AZ last October. After buying hair for over 7 years, I bought my first batch after my move from this Scottsdale location. Service was below par considering the price of extensions! Not helpful at all when I asked questions. But, to top it off, after 3 weeks, I'm having to replace them. Even my hairdresser (who did not install) questioned the quality. Tangles galore!! I'm not a fan of this place. Other friends have echoed my frustrations. Sorry to put a negative post but I want to save someone from my experience. I'm beyond surprised and impressed. Chris, the owner immediately contacted me after my first review and asked I call him. After our conversation, I'm excited to revisit the store. Chris made it clear he wanted to remedy the situation and also determine why my hair was not to The Hair Shoppe standard. It takes a serious and dedicated biz owner to go where NO one wants to go-talk to an unhappy customers. I have no doubt my experience will be handled and I will become a fan of The Hair Shoppe in Scottsdale.
