  • I have been using Natually Clean's cleaning services since I moved to the Charlotte area over 2 years ago. I had meant to leave them a review a long time ago, but as such with life we get busy and forget. I was surprised to see they had any negative reviews. I guess it just goes to show that what your Mom told you growing up is true, you can't please everyone. Overall the service has been wonderful. I love that they use all natural products and don't have to worry about what chemicals I'm inhaling to get my house clean. I would consider myself a naturally tidy person so I have high expectations for how clean I like my house and they have always lived up to the expectation. They have always been very friendly and helpful in every interaction I have had with them. I would disregard the negative reviews here. We've all had jobs and been on teams before with people who have off days or just aren't up to par with the rest of the team. Bad days will happen. Overall their service is 100% worth the cost, you'll look forward to "cleaning" days. Nothing better than coming home to a clean house that smells amazing.
