They shuck and jive and talk the talk.
They'll tell you they are going to be there with you. 20 guys in red shirts to sign you in. There was one guy in a crowd of hundreds of crawlers. Difficult to find and a long wait to get to him.
They say there won't be a line you'll go straight in. What they really mean is you don't have to stand in the long lines of people paying cover at the door. And to be honest this was the only benefit from the $85 spent. We did skip the long lines only waiting 10-15 minutes in one line, and 5 in another, but hen again we had to wait an hour in line to GET our wristband.
They'll tell you open bar. Nope. 1 drink ticket per person. Or you can pay $20 at one of the bars for an open bar. When asked the bartenders had no idea what we were talking about.
The worst part of it all was that there was zero organization. They make it sound like oh we will all head out and do this or do that. It'll be a blast. We never saw a single one of the staff the entire night. We ended up just talking to another couple and going to the clubs on our own.
So why two stars and not one? Simply because it was 4th of July weekend and we were able to get entry to two of the main establishments relatively quickly. So you have to decide if $85 is worth a few cutsies in line or not. Do not expect anyone to guide you anywhere, or any other benefits.
