  • I went here for dinner and was pretty disappointed to be honest. Seating/table: me and my boyfriend went into the restaurant asking for a table for 3 - his mom drove separate and was looking for a spot. While it was a Friday night, there were at least 5 open tables. While we were waiting the 3 minutes for his mom to park, my boyfriend ran to the bathroom leaving me to wait by the door. As I was waiting the hostess approached me and said in a rather rude attitude "we only seat groups If their whole party is here." I explained that our third member was parking the car and I'd be happy to wait to be seated with my whole group. There were 5 empty tables, so I wasn't worried about us getting a table. She insisted I be seated and acted like she was doing me a favor. 1 minute (literally) later, my party joined and we asked to be moved as the table was EXTREMELY wobbly. We were placed by the door and I froze the rest of the night, as there was a huge cold wind gust every time someone came or left. Ugh. The beer list was awful. Cinnamon Roll beer? Come on! Crazy flavors does not mean quality and Wisconsin people want quality in a tap house. The food was not impressive except for our appetizer, which is also the reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2. I highly recommend the Root Beer Glazed ribs. So delicious and the sweet potato mash it was served on was creamy heaven. I had the Pickled Grape salad and that was pretty tasty too. For my entree I had the Grilled Cheese with Brie, goat cheese, fig jam and caramelized onion. Sounds amazing right? That's what I thought too until it landed on my plate. Not melted, almost cold and a half inch of crust with no filling all around. Boooo! So so disappointing. The dessert was not good either. Pretzel bread pudding that was so so so dry. Not planning on going back anytime soon.
