Didn't get good service at all. We made an appointment to get a mani pedi for my wedding. Even though we had an appointment we didn't get helped until a half hour later. They were really busy and kept telling each other to hurry on customers. They hurriedly started me at the pedi chairs and ran cold water, I had to ask them to fix it but it was already almost filled so only ever got Luke warm. Then I continued to wait another twenty minutes. While I was waiting one worker reached across me and turned off my massaging chair without saying a word to me- I'm guessing to save on the electricity bill since it was taking so long? I don't know. When I finally got someone to start on me an hour In to my appointment she took a total or 10 minutes, didn't really do anything to my feet at all. Usually they scrub your feet and (sounds super gross I know) but take care of any callous but she did absolutely none of that. She went to throw a hot towel on my feet and that was cold too.
She did an ok job with my mani but definitely didn't end up be perfect or like "wow, I love it" by any means. Her husband kept telling her to hurry on me because they had more customers waiting. Sorry but when you are paying that much and it's for a special event like your wedding you do not get hurried up:They kept trying to push gel polish on us because it would have increased our bill by about $80 which is crazy since their prices were already waaaayyy more expensive than most. We had to tell then no to that at least a dozen times. 2 hours later we were out of there $200 dollars lighter with mediocre nails for my wedding day and a bad taste in our mouths about the whole thing.
Long story short, if you want a nice experience, good service, decent prices, and awesome work...this place is not for you.
