  • Absolutely awful. Rooms are nice and updated but staff and management is awful. Checking in was a nightmare and ourcheck in time was 4:00 and the rooms were not ready. They wanted us to wait for them to call us and we would need to get back in line. Check out the pictures of the line. We asked to speak to management but supposedly they were off on a sold out and Holiday weekend. No problem as my other half is a lawyer and he plans to update him. Then the fire alarm went off with my kids upstairs and they refused to call the room and give them instructions about getting downstairs. On summer weekends they have a pool party with music so you can not use the pool if you are under 21. Well my kids were not happy. We checked in to enjoy the fireworks and a holiday weekend...., but guess what they canceled fireworks.... And no pool. Wow..... Such fun!!!
