| - I've been a member of RockBox since early January, and really enjoy the atmosphere, enthusiastic trainers, and workout. Having had plantar fasciitis twice before, I have to be very careful to avoid exercises that may cause it to recur. The trainers always offer modifications when needed to enable me to participate without injury.
Speaking of the trainers, I can't say enough good things about them. I regularly have classes with Tommy, Josh, and Henry, and while their routines are slightly different, they all come with energy and enthusiasm for helping me to get in shape and have a fun time. I prefer the earlier classes to get me motivated for the day, but they have a good variety of class time options to suit most individuals.
Their workouts include Thai bags, teardrops, and interval training. The trainers switch it up all the time so your body never gets used to the workout. As difficult as the workouts are, I never thought I'd enjoy working out as much as I do!
I like that there are also various membership options. I started with a 10-pack to see if I'd like the workout, and moved to a yearly membership. There are other options, including a 20-pack, 8 classes per month, and even a Six-Week Challenge with added nutrition counseling.
I highly recommend RockBox for a fun and energizing workout!
