rev:text	Wow, Mike was FANTASTIC!! He communicated with me to let me know he was on his was and showed up on time. I had two issues and added a third one while he was here. He quickly troubleshooted all the issues, ran to the store to buy parts then came back and fixed everything. While he was at the store, he texted me the cost of the parts as a courtesy. He has a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he was available the morning after I called him. I was already thinking how great Mike was and how I would recommend him to everyone I know and then as he was leaving my two little dogs ran out the front door and took off. Without any hesitation, Mike dropped his tools and took off after them. He must've ran 3 or 4 blocks after them. I ran home to get my car and as I turned the corner to go find them, I found Mike coming back with both my dogs. Thank you Mike for the great job you did and for helping me get my dogs back!!!
