About 2 months ago we had our Prius detailed at Classic car was, we left for vacation after picking it up. While driving we noticed that the leather was turning white and filmy, we tried to clean it of and it seemed cakey. I took the car back when we returned and told Tom, he said it can't be so I said look. He then said "you will have to come back in 2 days to have his chemical specialist look at it". Two days later I drive in and park the car, he yells from across the lot, "are you here to make your appointment" I said no! You said to come back in 2 days so I'm here and I want it taken care of now! He said you need an appointment, I yelled this is my appointment you told me to come back today. He said he was not going to do it. I went in and left a hand written note asking for a call from the owner, I never received the call! I don't understand why an owner would not be concerned that a customer wasn't getting a service that they paid for! Well, that is if the owner ever saw the note??
