  • Final update. MGM ignored my credit card company too and I kept my credit. Incredibly poor ! I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! Two months and still no word from MGM regarding the over charging. Sad that a place gets so big they do not care about customers or customer service as long as they are making money!
