  • We've lived here about a year not and just signed another year lease which I'm already regretting. I absolutely HATE it. It's overrun with crickets. I mean they are every.where. We get at least 20+ inside our apartment daily. They get in all kinds of ways and the only thing the management office can say is we'll spray but it's hot out so the crickets want to come inside. Ugh. I've attached a picture of a sticky trap that my husband set and that doesn't even get them all daily. I've woken up with them on my nightstand, wall, etc.can barely sleep with the noise it's like I'm camping under the stars. Also, the management is horrible! I was told they would just have my lease drawn up with the same amount it is now. It's gone up about $65 in a year. Ridiculous! The upgrades to the kitchen and baths are nice but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it unless you like crickets.
