  • Nothing but a great experience with this place. My mom has stayed here a few times, and they have always been caring and compassionate. Their gift shop is pretty pathetic, but there seems to be plenty of places for supplies within a short drive. As with any hospital you want to be proactive as well as ask questions so you make sure your loved one is getting the best care possible. When I did ask questions they were happy to answer them, and when I brought up an issue my mom had not told them about they treated it right away. Some nurses were better than others, but overall I felt comfortable that my mom was well taken care of here. Plus, they tolerated my dad who stole juice from the patient refrigerator, and demanded a different recliner (for himself) in the hospital room. Yes there's one in every family.
