  • I have been a regular of Manuel's for a year. It used to be my go to Mexican restaurant but unfortunately seems to have gone downhill lately. The chips and salsa are still good and the food is good, but not as good as I've had from here in the past. The last few times I've come here the service has been slow and our drinks never got refilled. Now Manuel's is average, but not bad. The bussers here who bring out the chips and salsa always do a great job though. One busser, Eduardo, is always so polite and attentative, he's great! I should make a note that I visited on a Friday night and a balloon artist (?) was there. He was nice but honestly annoyed my date and I and strangely did not go to the table behind us which had a lot of kids at it who probably would have appreciated balloon animals a lot more.
