  • Very disappointing after-the-sale experience. We were 'sold' a bumper-to-bumper warranty complete with examples of how it could be used for dings and minor repairs only to find out that in fact was not the case. Contacted blank and blank no less than x times between blank and blank, told I would receive a full refund on blank, an additional x number of emails exchanged between blank and blank and to date I still don't have my refund check. Poor, poor customer service and follow-up/-through. If I could give a -1 rating, I would.
