  • My wife went to Windsor Bridal to shop for her dress, and had a terrible terrible experience. It still fills me with anger when thinking about her experience there. In short, the service was not just unhelpful, but downright rude, mean, disrespectful. The sales lady rolled her eyes, rushed my wife, scolded her on how not to handle the dresses. When my wife asked to see and try one on, the sales lady said something like: "Well, this is the one you like right? Then why don't you just buy it? You SAID you liked it" in a condescending tone. To be fair, perhaps it was just that one sales lady, and maybe she was having a bad day. But judging from the other reviews here, it seems like they may not be so good after all. Sure the selection was huge, but like others have said before they're like an outlet store. There are better stores out there. Avoid this one!
