  • I drive a Mercedes - Benz that I purchased almost three years ago from this dealership Because my lease was expiring, I went back to my original salesman Lou Gordon, to determine what my options were to purchase another vehicle. Mr Gordon wanted nothing to do with me and was treated like I was a pile of garbage. Basically told me to go somewhere else to buy my next Mercedes, even though I purchased a C350 from this gentleman almost three years ago. Didn't want my business or care if I bought another car there or not. I have owned and driven a MercedesBenz for over 15 years, but I have never been treated like this by any other MercedesBenz Dealership. I did get a phone call from Chris Schumacher after I sent him an email describing my encounter with with Lou Gordon. He did go out of his way to address my experience and apologized for the way I was treated by Mr Gordon. Even though I had a good experience with Mr Gordon three years ago, and got an apology from Mr Schumacher, I would really have to think twice about purchasing a car from this gentleman or this dealership.
