  • The rep that came out to do all the measurements was friendly and professional but eventually ignored my requests for different options since I don't think he considered us serious buyers. The price was way over our budget for single cell black out honeycombs. I ended up going with another company and got dual cell midnight black out honeycombs for 6k less than what I was quoted from Southwest. From what I can tell everything was the same - same protective coating and everything. It's not like I had any major issue with this company other than their price point but I wouldn't go with them for my next project based solely on cost. I can't justify it when I got a better product for 1/3rd of Southwest's price.
