  • This company was sent out by my home warranty to repair my fridge. They came out really fast and the tech was nice. That is as far as the good goes, then they said they were ordering a part and a week later had not submitted the diagnoses to my home warranty. Every time I called I would get someone different and they would tell me different stories, like they did submit it, or they have not been able to get a hold of the home warranty, or that the part is no longer available. My Home warranty could never get a hold of the right person, this went on for a month. They finally sent out another company who came, ordered the part, and repaired all in a week.
