rev:text	Horrible customer service! Should've known better than to use a company that was on living social. They no call no showed my first appointment with them, after two days of calling, I finally spoke to the owner, Ray who gave no priority in rescheduling even though it was their fault they missed the appointment. Their technician finally made the second appointment, did the job, and collected their payment and the voucher as I upgraded to the better tint. The tech gave me instructions to not roll down the windows, wash them, ect. Over a week went by and the back window of my SUV has bubbles everywhere, and looks horrible. I left message after message with Ray, and finally got a hold of him a few days later. They made an appointment to come and "look at the problem". Then 2 hours before they were scheduled to come out I was told they had to cancel. I have been trying to get a hold of them since, and get no return phone calls. The thing about the owner Ray, is he will feed you lines and make excuses, and he even tried to blame my vehicle for the horrible tint job. Whenever I would prove his excuses incorrect, he immediately had another excuse to dish out. To be more specific he said it was the model of vehicle that I drove is why the tint looks so horrible. I have a 2006 Ford Escape, which he was aware of before even doing the job, when I asked him why my family member, who has a year older very same model vehicle, had a tint job done by a competitor that looks very professional, he tried to state it was because of my vehicle's specific year. Bottom line is they rush their jobs, don't know how to install tint correctly (as this has been confirmed by his competitor's who have had to call to get quotes to fix the crap job that this company, and did see the shotty work), they have horrible customer service, and do not honor their warranties at all!!! Do not use this company, and pay more to hire a quality company that will do the job right the first time and stand behind it!!!
