| - I was in the mood for a hometown Saloon with great beer choices and filling food. I decided to make a quick stop in Mt. Lebanon and I just so happened to park right in front of this place, so I thought I'd give it a try.
The beer selection is on point, tons of different brews on tap and bottles to choose from. I decided on a blood orange IPA which brought my summer taste buds to life. Prices aren't terrible, but watch because you could break the bank on a few.
For a bite, I had the buffalo chicken hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a side of fries. No complaints here, there wasn't anything over the top special about the food, but it was good and filled me up. You know, average bar food.
We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted. The bartender was nice and catered to our needs, but could've used a more enthusiastic attitude.
Overall, it's not a bad choice for some beers and food. The bar has seen some better days, but I think it would be a cool place to hang with the gang to watch a game or chill after a long day at work.
