Walk in to drop off pre-paid. Associate is helping someone with passport photos. Owner just standing there doing drinking a coffee. No one greets you. No acknowledgement that you are alive. Big sign that says wait back here. Waited five minutes. More people come in line. Owner not helping. Only distracting the girl making the passport photos. Line grows. I leave. Never to return to this location. Horrible service. At least say hello or be with you in a moment. Or, the owner could actually do something. And if he's not trained, come out and say hello or anything to diffuse everyone's frustration with waiting in line to simply drop off a package.
Follow Up:
As you can see by the owner comments, the service mentality starts at the top. The Greensburg location is fantastic by the way, which is what I am measuring against. Maybe contact them for how to improve your approach to customer service.
Interesting that he was a customer. He was behind the counter. And if anyone else dared cross the stop here sign, they were reprimanded by the associate.
I also wasn't in and out in one minute.
Best of luck to you. I'll be sure to use Greensburg or other online services going forward.
