rev:text	Would NEVER plan another party here. I had my son's 7th birthday party here on Saturday 11/12/16 and was extremely disappointed with the lack of organization & help from the staff. You would think that for $500 for 2 hours that you would get a dedicated staff member to help you. Instead, I had one teenage girl that was also working 3 other parties that were scheduled at the same time as mine. Needless to say, it was total chaos. From greeting the kids and getting them their wristbands, to bringing out the food. She brought my pizza/soda out and then disappeared - I was MISSING my turkey sandwich which I paid extra for. So I'm trying to pour drinks & serve 15 kids by myself because she is no where to be found. Luckily, a few other parents jumped in to help. 15 minutes later I finally get my sandwich which the kids are no longer interested in. Next it comes time to do the cake - shocker, she is no where to be found and I've got no knife to cut the cake or forks for them to eat it with. At this point, I'm begging any teenager that works there to please get me a knife. I ask to speak to a manager and the girl tells me that there is NOT one on duty during the weekends. That it's a full staff of teenagers that seem to be more interested in hanging out with each other than helping the PAYING guests. The only reason that I didn't give this 1 star is because the place itself is cool. I would bring my son back to jump but I would NEVER book another party here. Save your money on an overpriced party and just bring some kids to jump.
