  • I loved living here when we first moved in (July 1, 2017), but since the management change things have been getting worse and worse. The grounds are not kept clean, people have been hopping the gate to get into the pool (an employee actually sat and watched a group of men yesterday at the pool smoking cigarettes and only AFTER they left did he come out to investigate - where is the sense/security in that??), there is dog poop EVERYWHERE (yes, this is up to residents to pick up after their dogs but 1) if residents don't do their part, we pay enough for maintenance to step in and 2) no fines have been rolled out - clearly "threatening" emails have not been working. I'm very tempted to break our lease and take our money elsewhere, we don't pay $1,600 per month to deal with bad maintenance and staff that clearly don't care about standard.
