  • This place is great. It's open 24 hours, it's always clean, there are never any spills or messes, the staff is super friendly and they have a great selection of organic and natural products. I do find it a bit strange that the organic/natural products are listed as "health and wellness" products in various aisles, but whatever. I prefer going here than going to the No Frills, though the No Frills is much cheaper. The No Frills closest to me have an extremely poor selection of tea and organic/natural products so I'm not a huge fan of it. Since I work in Liberty Village, I've been enjoying taking the opportunity to shop at Metro.
