  • No stars would be most appropriate! I have not been a client with Simplicity Laser for 4 years, today I get call telling me I have an appt this coming Friday. I call to have my account deleted. They will not delete my account, so I can only hope that I do not incur any charges. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their lasers are ineffective, I went through 2 rounds of 8 treatments with no hair loss. I quit going to them and went to a small business hair loss company and had amazing results within 2 treatments. I have spoken to past Simplicity Laser technicians and they have told me that Simplicity requires their technicians to place their lasers at a lower setting so hair loss happens slower or not at all. Then telling customers that it is their hormones or hair texture, all to get clients to buy more packages. The worst company!!
