Inner Bliss rocks! The teachers are great! Not only are they supportive but they kick your butt in all the right places. The hot classes are my thing and the more I sweat the more thankful I am. I try to make it to 2-4 classes a week and while I don't know many of the other students it definitely feels like a community.
For those that don't practice or have had limited experience practicing, you will definitely get a workout here! It's not just stretching but the cardio is in full effect.
Okay...I know, yoga is about the breath...but let's be honest, most of us like to get in a good workout too. So if you can strive toward calming your breath while holding these poses, you'll experience real bliss.
