  • I can't believe I haven't reviewed them before-and I can't believe the low ratings! I found Dr. Reynolds initially to get a second opinion. The nurse practitioner wanted to perform a LEEP on me after an abnormal pap. I got extremely nervous and decided to find another practice and see if the procedure was necessary. Dr. Reynolds gave me another pap which was totally normal, and she was also extremely patient with me in finding a hormonal birth control that would work for me. I've never found any issues with her bedside manner. She is always very kind and funny. I don't expect her to remember specifics about me because I only see her once a year and I can only imagine that she probably has hundreds of patients. I have been seeing her since 2013, except for one year when I was scheduled with James Zeluff because Dr. Reynolds was totally booked for months. I liked him just as much as Dr. Reynolds-he was super personable and charming. I, like many other reviewers, have experienced long wait times. Maybe it's because I don't have kids yet or because I don't mind taking the day off from work for my annual exam, but it honestly doesn't bother me. I just keep myself occupied quietly in the waiting. I've never had any issues with the office staff-they are always super accommodating and kind! When I ran into a sticky situation where insurance stopped covering my birth control, they provided me with samples from the office for several months! They totally didn't have to do it. I really enjoy this practice and plan on continuing to come here!
