Originally I scheduled a wash and vacuum for last Wednesday (5/17/17), but the owner called me on Tuesday to let me know their equipment was broken so we rescheduled for Sunday (5/21/17). No one ever showed up to complete the service. Since their online scheduling tool is very convenient, I decided to give them one last chance and scheduled for 5/23/17. The day my services were scheduled, the owner calls and leaves a voicemail stating that they don't do wash and vacuum services for just one car and that I'd need to purchase a detail service, which was much more expensive. He never apologized for no one showing up for the Sunday appointment or not calling earlier than 2 hours before my appointment to tell me they couldn't do it. If you don't offer a certain service or have a minimum number of cars to be able to perform the service, then don't have it on your online booking tool.
