Woltz sent me an email requesting that I posted a review for them so here you go: So far I have two mixed experiences with them. The first one a few months ago my oil changed which was a decent visit. This past visit Inspection and to check a noise in my 2014 Escape. Thought I made the appt. AND dropped it off the night before, it wasn't until around 3p, or so I get the call the next day, they are backed up, etc... My car hasn't even gone in the shop yet. However those see what they can do the guys are there until five.. And we know how that story goes never hear back from them, it's not until middle the next day that they call and say my car is ready. My car was ready and it wasn't even washed. Took me a day and a half to get my car back after inspection. Honestly there's no reason why they shouldn't of called me earlier to tell me that they were NOT going to work on my car. My car is one-year-old and it was only for an inspection and emission, period and they never to touched it the entire day. Though I also took my car in for a noise that wasn't even discussed until the following day.. I think Woltz likes to overbook in-service and try to get whatever cars they can get done. If you're the on the end of that list there's probably a good chance you're not getting your car that day.. I'll start looking around for another Ford dealership. I also see I'm not the only one that has similar review.
