  • Last year I took my $1600 Gucci watch in to the service shop and it took them a few hours or so to replace a simple battery. When I picked up the watch I noticed the crystal / glass cover was loose, The "repairman" said it was like that, huh? It can only be removed with special tools. So he takes to the "back" and returns with the watch. Now the face is scratched in a circle fashion like pressing the hands on the face. Not sure who let these monkeys loose and said go into the world and work on watches... Management was no help and neither spoke English very well. One star for a selection of new watches and one for an escalator up and stairs going down.
