Took my BLS here which was fine. We came back the next week for our ACLS certification and it was an absolute joke. Whoever is managing this business should be fired. It was horribly disorganized and they couldn't get any of their equipment to work. They told us that because they couldn't get their iPad to connect to a TV for our megacode, we would have to come back the next day to test. We came back the following day to finish things up and when we showed up they still didn't have things figured out. Again I was the one who had to figure out their technical issue and then students had to end up buy applications on their own devices so the instructors could use them. I feel bad for the instructors because they obviously don't get proper communication from the managers. There are a lot of options for these certifications and I would recommend you steer clear of CPR society.
As for saying I don't know my information, I passed the test just fine on my first try so I'm not sure what you are trying to get at.
