  • Tried Local Lunchbox for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I had the apple bacon salad, which was mixed greens, bacon and apples (obvi) almonds, dried cranberries and gorgonzola in a balsamic vinaigrette. I opted for no onions. It was really delicious! All the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The toppings were generous - lots of thick yummy bacon and apple pieces. The dressing had a really nice flavor to it as well. And it was a good size. It definitely filled me up for lunch. I hope these guys become a regular in the food truck rotation at my work, I would go back for another salad for sure.
