  • I have to say I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw it. Don't let all the negative comments dissuade you, the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Santi was my leasing agent, and he did an amazing job as well as the other people in the office. I moved into a downstairs apartment with hard wood floors. The only disadvantage to this is that the footsteps from my upstairs neighbor sound very heavy, but that is what you get for living downstairs, but I would rather deal with that than have to climb up stairs. So pick your battles I guess. I love how you can use the BBQ grill out by the pool and how you even have a nice dinner out by the pool. The community is clean and peaceful, even with on going construction, I don't even really notice it. I love my apartment, I love my community, I love how they have convenient ways to pay rent every month, I love how they have parcel lockers, I love how you can make maintenance requests online and they do it right away. I love how the staff is very attentive and concerned about the the needs of the community as a whole, I love how they have tons of parking spaces. I LOVE my new home. I really am living in Paradise!
