Not a bad hotel, even if it does feel a little bit like it was built in the 70s and left there. It's really quiet so you'll get your sleep without the pool club waking you up at 2am (looking at you, Palomar). It's really close to the arena, Chase Field and right across from the convention center so you're close to everything. My room had plenty of space with a view of downtown and the ballpark. The bed was really comfortable and I slept great. There's a garage next door where you can park for $12 a night so be sure and get validated at the front desk.
This is a solid hotel that does the job in an excellent location, I'd stay here again.
