  • Really excellent experience. The car rental center at Phoenix really simplified things a lot more and at 3pm on a Thursday, the place was practically deserted so service was quick and painless. I had signed up with Enterprise Plus free membership and reserved a car before I arrived. There's a separate line for members who seemed to be serviced faster, mostly because the information has already been filled out during membership signup. I was not pressured at the counter to add on things I didn't need. The guy at the releasing did try to sell more coverage but I had no problem declining. The return was even quicker.
