  • This is about spectrum in general. After a year spectrum screws their customers. We signed up and was promised one low rate for as long as we had service through them. One year later, SURPRISE!!! Our bill TRIPLED. Can anyone recommend a streaming company so I can #CutTheCord ?? And if you take a minute and visit ANY of their Facebook pages, you will see that I'm not the only one who feels this way. How are they still in business?!?
