  • We purchased in Aderra before the developer broke ground (2005). We originally chose this complex because of its GREAT location -close to freeways, our family, shopping, dining, and access to walk/bike paths. We liked the floor plans, the amenities, the decor/appliance options and the general plan the developer had for the community. Through the tough economic years we did see "issues" of concern....but we understood the need to "bend" the rules stated in our CCNR's in order to get the many units occupied! Now that the economy had shown some improvement as of late, we see that our complex is reaping the benefits -in all areas! Security, maintenance, and appearance have ALL improved over the last 6 months. As homeowners, we need to be patient, communicate and be respectful of each other in order to achieve and maintain the "resort" life style we all want!
