  • This place is by far the worst nail salon I've been to. They have this anniversary special going on for $14.99 for Gel nails. I went in, there were two girls who worked there and was talking. I asked if I can have the special deal.. So she starts doing my nails, filing them down and asks me if I wanted extensions- I said no... Then I decided to change my mind. I told her I wanted claw nails... she rolled her eyes and continued filing down the fake nails. I looked at the first nail she did, and it was slanted. One side was more sharp than the other side so I said something.. then she proceeded to talk crap about me in mandarin (assuming that I can't understand). I ignored the remark. As she does my nails, people who weren't of asian decent walk in and ask for the pricing and how long the wait was... then the girl doing my nails talked crap about this african-canadian woman with a fancy headband saying she was "crazy" in mando. Honestly, I don't know if it's because they got so many customers because of the special deal that they're stressed- but I would hate to be a customer of people who talk crap about their customers in a language that they don't understand. And initially, I was to be charged 26$ (14.99+10(extensions)).... she charged me 30+tax--usually they don't charge tax. and she said it was because I wanted my accent nails painted a different colour. RIP OFF - NOT WORTH GOING TO SOME PLACE THAT DISRESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS. **I feel sorry for people who have no idea that the person doing your nails is talking crap just because you made a small complaint about a slant...afterall, YOU'RE the one giving them BUSINESS...ugh
