  • first i called 800 # to ask about add. driver fee and was told none. There was a fee added at end of car use without informing and after being lied to. Then car smelled of smoke but didn't complain and then counter agent named Amber was rudest person ever and tried to charge for smoke smell that was not due to us. Manager took off 75 dollar charge after having to demand speaking to him. Desk agent Amber continued to be completely unprofessional and it was the worst experience ever and i rent cars monthly so i should know. I would not return to Fox without being told sorry or something drastic happens. i am new to phx and this was my first try and i wont make that mistake again. Your loss!
