| - PLEASE THINK TWICE before you make a decision on your mobile or home TV/Internet/Phone services. I was going to switch to Rogers from Bell, then this technician from Rogers came and without checking, he drilled a hole in my master bedroom wall. He was about to drill another hole when I went into the room and I had to stop him. He just said the first hole didn't work so he needed to drill another one. So I told him I assumed he knew what he's doing before letting him drill. I was ok for him to wire a cable cord from the room to the other side of the wall where my living room/tv is so there's no need to drill a hole but then he didn't have a cable that's long enough (all I needed was like a 8' to 10' cord) nor a white cable. So this technician told me Rogers is not responsible for any damages and repairs so he wouldn't have the wall fixed for me. While I was calling Rogers to report this issue, the technician started to drill into the first hole again. I had to really tell him to stop and pack up. Not only I felt this technician was totally unprofessional, i didn't feel safe neither. After I got a hold of someone from Rogers on the phone, I let this technician go. And I got an email about 20 mins after this technician left with a signed agreement with a forged signature of mine, plus remarks that I was not told nor shown while the technician was in my condo, stating Rogers would not be responsible for any loss or damages. So as sneaky and illegal that was, it took me over a month to deal with this chaos. But yet, as of today, Rogers is still trying to evade from restoring my wall to its original condition nor compensate me. They just keep making me talk to different people answering the same questions over and over again but not sending a registered contractor to come fix my wall properly nor compensate me. So I urge you to really stay away from this kind of company. Bell has its problems increasing their charges quietly all the time but trust me, at least you don't need to deal with the mess I am dealing with. And for a big company that would have their people forge your signature, what else would they not do just to get your money.
