  • Had a 4:00 appointment. At 4:30 no one had arrived and I still hadn't heard anything so I placed a call to find out when someone would be arriving. Good thing I called - their truck broke down and they had cancelled my appointment. I asked to be scheduled later that night or on Saturday and was told that wouldn't be possible. Considering this company came highly recommended by a family member I asked to speak to the owner. I was told that the person I asked for didn't work there - he actually owns the other company by the same name. Funny how they didn't mention this when I called to make an appointment and mentioned this person by name, Don't make the same mistake I did. You're looking for "Mister Carpet". Scott, the owner at Mister Carpet, is fantastic!
