  • I purchased an oil filter and ONLY asked for an oil filter. You charged me additional for a washer, which I NEVER asked for and I already have plenty of them at home. You strategically placed the washer in the wrapper of the oil filter to make it look like one unit. Then you think it's acceptable to charge me for both pieces even though I NEVER asked for a washer. Your cashier NEVER asked if I needed one or told me he was charging me for a washer. I only found out when I got home and looked at my finally bill. Your massive markup for one small washer is ridiculous. Even though The washer does not cost much compared to other things, it's the principle of the situation. Scams like this, no matter the size of the scam, make me have little faith and trust in car dealerships. I won't be returning
