  • When I first signed up with WIC it was at the Horizon Ridge location and I had a terrible experience with the front desk in particular..I ended up moving to this location on Paseo Verde and I've had nothing but great experiences here. During my pregnancy, I went to a few classes here. Baby Basic was awesome since we actually picked our pediatrician that taught a piece of that class through it (Lisa Miller). When I gave birth, I was having an EXTREMELY difficult time breastfeeding. I met with Marisol, the lactation consultant, and she taught me so much! The hospital consultants were helpful but not so much like Marisol. After that one appointment, my baby and I were doing better during feedings! We were both crying less! I did go back about a month later because my supply was not up to par so she let me rent out a hospital grade pump. After her instructions and coming back on a follow up, my supply did get better! My baby is getting chubby cheeks finally! So far this location has helped me so much with classes, wic, and breastfeeding! Thank you!!!
