  • Girlfriend requested I post her review: I have gotten my hair done at Natural Solutions Promenade Mall with Melanie and was extremely disappointed. I have shown the stylist a picture and have discussed what I wanted done but that's not what turned out at all. I expressed my distress and the stylist suggested to book another appointment to fix it which I did. On the 2nd appointment I brought back the INITIAL picture and the stylist said that if that's what I want we'll have to make a lot of changes to the hair...but that's what should have been done at the first appointment. Melanie was very defensive and kept saying my hair looks fine. Upon deciding what to do to fix the issue she said she doesn't have time right then and there and told me to book a 3rd appointment. She did not want to help me at all. I have paid 390$ including tip for a horrendous hair job! The friends that referred me to her even said that it was a bad hair job. Even the hair stylist from another salon that fixed it for me said that it was not done right and were surprised. I have spoken with the manager who told me they do not process refunds and the salon was not helpful with actually trying to fix my hair. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. This is absolutely unacceptable from such a big hair salon franchise. One thing for sure, none of my friends will do business with this company again.
