This has to be about the WORST automotive place to take your car. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago and I had confirmation and reminders. Today, I arrive to have the tires installed that I selected and the kid at the front desk acts totally CLUELESS. If I knew that I would have to print out the appointment just to prove the guy wrong I would have but this would still have not been a productive result. This place needs some serious management training as well as customer service for everyone that interacts with the customer. The employees here display a lack of customer service, poor training and zero supervision...I see this place shutting down in the very near future. Mr BFS, if you are the owner of this place you really should listen to the customer and train your employees properly according to your franchise/corporate policies.
