  • Canteen food, average taste. MSG. Bean Sprouts not fresh. Sad place, depressive. Dirty ceiling. Ok for regular Vietnamese families. Not a favorite. I do not know if I will give them another chance to prove contrary. Pro: not so expensive, but is slightly higher than average per dish. I prefer to pay more and have better food and service. Anyway, because of sad faces of the servers I offered 20% tip.
