| - I woke up and went straight to this location this morning (around 8am) for an oil change because I had purchased on $80 service coupon. The lot was full and I parked between Big O and Jiffy Lube. When they were done servicing my car, they parked it backwards (with the rear towards the bushes/poles). When I got to my destination (20 minutes later), I find a pretty large scuff mark on my rear bumper. I called in, returned to their location right away. At their location I asked to see footage of my car to determine if I had come in with the scuff already (meaning it probably happened overnight and I missed seeing it on my way to Big O) or if it happened at the facility. Needless to say, Adam the owner was RUDE, inappropriate, came very close to my face, and said he would look over the footage, that I could not see it. They said they would call back and Trent the customer service agent did. He said there was "nothing noticeable" on the footage. I asked to see before and after footage and they said they would call back but have not. Now I have a 8-9 inch scuff mark on my bumper and the owner has already made up his mind about looking into this. He had Trent call me back and say nothing was noticeable but they haven't been able to show me images of my car coming in and leaving. I wonder why?
It's one thing for the owner to be questionable about this...but to be rude, try to intimidate a 5 ft tall woman by getting in my face, and not call me back personally?
Mind you, this is a 8-9 inch scuff.
