Pizzaria Bianco has been on my list since getting Reinhart's book, American Pie and began the quest to make good pizza. I've spent time not only in the kitchen trying to recreate Italy from a long ways away, but also walking the streets of Rome eating pizza 4 times a day. On a scale of 10, my pizza gets a 5, average American pizza a 2-3, and pizzaria Bianco a 7-8. There is better in the world, but not much better in the USA. The Margaretta? is the way to go, substantially better than the wise guy. Pricy, but not nearly as much as a trip to Italy.
