  • Thank you to all of the bakers at Publix Huntersville! I've received cakes for two events from them in the past; a baby shower and a birthday party. Not only do these guys present you with delicious, high quality work, but they sprinkle southern charm on every syllable when you speak with them. E-VER-Y SIN-GLE ONE! The first cake was for a Las Vegas themed birthday party. I literally told them just that. No description specified besides red/black/white for the colors. When I came to pick it up, it was more than I expected! The day of the party, the cake was devoured! Everyone said it was delicious and raved over the custard center. The second cake was for a baby shower for a coworker. I received a vanilla mini cake with chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. Again, I gave them a few colors and... VOILA! Super cute and very yummy! All in all, I have nothing but positive things to say about this bakery. Again, a huge thanks to the bakers for your talents and cordiality! It doesn't go unnoticed :)
