| - A stone's throw from a light rail stop, Fair Trade is about as urban and convenient as it gets. Come because you're looking for culture, stay because...well, the product is actually really good.
I didn't even order the coffee my first time. Just a smoothie. No regrets, it's really good stuff. But as countless other reviewers will point out, the brew itself isn't bad. At all. I had a simple cafe au lait, and it didn't disappoint at all. I don't recall their roasts, I just know they're top notch, so feel confident stopping by.
There's some comfy seating to be had, but expect serious looking people on their Macs to hog entire couches or tables. On every visit I've found this to be a quiet, even solemn place for many of the valley's professionals to stress over their reports in public. That's good for many, but I can only hope Fair Trade spices things up with some more local flavor than the tasteful art adorning its walls.
In closing, I'll simply say you can't go wrong here. Enjoy!
